Before you sign up as a Pivo Affiliate, make sure you have read and understood our program guidelines. Failing to follow them will result in the suspension of your affiliate benefits.
COOKIES
We'll track customer cookies when they visit Pivo through your referral link. As long as they make a purchase within 30 days, you will get credit for the sale.
DOMAIN LOCALIZATION
All affiliates are assigned referral links to our main domains pivo.ai and pivoequestrian.com. Affiliates also have the option to become an affiliate for specific domains that match with your audience. If you would like a customized affiliate link, please email us at affiliate@getpivo.com and we will assign you a customized affiliate link to a subdomain.
PAY-PER-CLICK ADVERTISING
If you are enrolled in our program and participate in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. You will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days and your commission will be set to 0% without warning if you engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses our trademarked terms.
AFFILIATE LINK ABUSE
Pivo does not allow conversions through your referral link if the purchase came from yourself. It's considered abuse and will lead to your link being suspended. Pivo neither partners with coupon site operators to promote our product nor offers customized coupon codes for individual affiliates to promote. Pivo may reject any commission generated through coupon sites. If you are planning to advertise your referral link on a particular website, email us at affiliate@getpivo.com to confirm that it abides by our guidelines.
PROMOTION USAGE & POLICY
Discount codes cannot be used together with active promotions on the website (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, End of Year etc.)
When your account has been approved for referrals:
You can share your code or referral link and earn commissions on sales!
Visit your dashboard via link provide in your welcome email.
Click the 'Login' button and enter your Email Address and Password that you had used to register for the affiliate program. You can also click on the direct Google or Facebook login options.
If you forgot your password - Click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions, by entering the email address and clicking the 'Recover Password' button. You will receive a password reset code link in your email inbox. Click the link or button, enter your email and new password and click the 'Reset Password' button.
After successfully logging into your Affiliate Portal's Dashboard, you can view your 'Referral Link and Coupon Code' details. You can also view your Summary of orders made using your unique code, your conversions, sales and earnings!
You should also make sure to enter your PayPal email address under the 'Payments' option on your dashboard, in order to receive your commissions every month.
To add or edit your PayPal email address, click on 'Payments', click on the 'Setup' button, choose Paypal under 'Payment Mode' and add your PayPal email address if you had not entered it while registering.
Incase you need to change your PalPal email adress, click on 'Change', edit your details and click the 'Submit' button.
Click the 'Settings' option to edit or add your Website & Social Media Channel details, you can even edit your Unique Referral Coupon Code. (don't forget to click on the 'Submit/Save Changes' button).

What is the Pivo Affiliate Program?
Pivo’s Affiliate Program is a simple way to generate new revenue. As a Pivo Affiliate, you earn a commission on every purchase made by customers you refer. We are interested in partnering with creative businesses, websites, and individuals that share our passion for mobile content creation.
How much will I earn from every sale?
Commission is dependent on how many sales you make per month and will be counted based on purchases made via your affiliate link or the discount code usage.
Does the discount code apply to all products?
The discount code only applies to purchases over a certain amount.
Do I have to share both the affiliate link and the discount code?
No, you can only share your discount code. If you want to embed a clickable link, you can use the link provided.
Can anyone join the Pivo Affiliate Program?

When will I get paid?
We pay our affiliates in the 2nd week of every month via PayPal for all commissions earned – regardless of the amount. There will be 1-3 days delay if the payday falls on weekends or holidays. Please make sure to add your PayPal account information to avoid delays in the payments.
Can I use an alternative payout method other than Paypal?
No. Paypal is the only payout method supported.
Can I use my own link to purchase Pivo products?
No. We don't allow conversions through your referral link if you placed your own order. It's considered abuse and leads to suspension.
How can I keep track of my sales progress?
You can track your progress or make changes to your account through the affiliate dashboard. You can find the link to your dashboard in the welcome email you received after signing up.
Can I use Pivo images to promote my link?
Yes. In your affiliate dashboard you will find a section called ‘Marketing Tools’, here you will find images you can use to promote your link. However, keep in mind that you can’t participate in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) bidding or promote your code on coupon sites. For more information read our program guidelines
